SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

At Vaghveda, we are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience. Please review the following terms regarding orders, payments, shipping, and returns.

Order and Payment Terms

  • Payment and Order Confirmation: By placing an order with us, you agree to provide accurate payment, email, shipping, and billing information. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to incorrect information, unavailability at the delivery address, or other reasons. If a shipped order is canceled after payment, a gift voucher of equal value will be issued, valid for three months from the date of issue.

  • Additional Information: We may request additional information to verify your purchase and may apply restrictions on the sale of certain products.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders ₹448 & below: ₹50 shipping charge on prepaid and COD orders.

  • Orders ₹449 – ₹999: Free shipping on prepaid orders; ₹49 shipping charge for COD orders.

  • Orders ₹999 & above: Free shipping on prepaid and COD orders. Prepaid orders may also receive an additional 5% discount.

Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within India. International orders may take up to 30 business days.

  • Shipment Adjustments: Shipping costs and delivery timelines may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor its status until delivery.

Returns and Replacement Policy

  • Non-Returnable Products: Due to the sensitive nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Replacement for Damaged Items: If a product arrives damaged, broken, or tampered with, contact us at care@vaghveda.com within 48 hours of delivery with details and proof of damage.

    • Requests after 48 hours will not be entertained.

    • Replacement eligibility is reviewed by Vaghveda, and the final decision rests with us.

  • Unsuccessful Deliveries: Orders may be canceled if delivery fails due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
